A Registry Account may be created by the individual or their representative (appointed in a Representation Agreement) or an attorney (appointed in an Enduring/Power of Attorney).
Lawyers and notaries public must be authorized to register for clients as Registration Agents.

The fee to create an Account and register one item is $25.00 CAN. Payment is required by credit/debit using PayPal or by a coupon number purchased in advance. Read more at Registry Fees
Enter information on this page for the individual being registered. The Registry refers to this person as the Account Holder. If you are helping someone, be sure to enter their name and information, not your own.
Enter the Account Holder's LEGAL name. Check the birth certificate or passport for the legal name.
Use the Common Name field if the Account Holder uses a nickname (e.g. Jim) instead of their legal first name (e.g. James).

The email address you enter will be linked to the account. This is used for confirmation of registration and other important messages such as how to re-set your password if you forget it.
