Designated staff of third parties operating in BC - such as hospitals, financial institutions, government agencies, the Public Guardian and Trustee-may apply to be authorized to access information and documents in the Nidus Personal Planning Registry.
Each applicant must each complete this online form. After you submit your request, the Registrar will email you with further details.
Each third party must identify a representative of the organization to serve as an Institutional Contact. This is part of the procedure for authorizing other Access User applicants for that organization.
